Festival season is almost upon us! What that means for you, is that you can catch all of our jewelry up close and personal at different locations throughout the summer! We make a large amount of jewelry each summer that never sees the lense of our camera(I'm going to try and do better this year, and snap a few pictures with my handy iphone, but no promises can be made). From orders based on a customers desires, to the things we were inspired to make by the artists, scenery, and people of these places, it gets made and sold in matter of days, sometimes in a matter of hours. So if you've ever been interested in being able to walk through a Backwoods Gold Boutique, and see or touch things for yourself, this is your chance! Exclusive access to pieces not listed here, are guaranteed!
Join us in enjoying the laid back, music filled, beauty is all around us atmosphere that any of the following festivals have to offer! Each one has a different musical vibe, so make sure to check out the links to see full artist schedules.

Thanks to everyone who helped us make a difference with our Tornado Relief Sale!! Not only did we manage to get a bed for the family we told you about, but we were also able to give them some cold, hard cash to help pay for insurance deductables! Through one small deed at a time, we really can start to make the world a better place(or at least maybe get it back on track)!
*Due to the recent ambush by Mother Nature, and her tornadic power, we've decided to have a non-profit sale to help the people devastated by these storms! Read below to see how you can help!*
West Liberty is a jump, hop and a skip away from our front door. With all the tornado damage this close to home, and all the clean-up it's left us with, we've decided to try a new way of helping. Buy ANYTHING, from our website, or from our facebook page and we'll donate 100% of the profit to helping these families take a step closer to getting things back on track.
I know there's been tons of donations of clothes, and hygiene items, water & food, but we've heard several stories in the past couple days of people needing beds, storage, and other large things that one person can't donate alone. Help us?

Welcome!
What you'll find here, is the last of a collection. In an effort to never stop learning, we're moving into a couple new areas of jewelry making and design, and so will not be refilling any of the gaps in our hemp, bottlecaps, and strung jewelry for a bit! The revenue gained here is to fuel the jets of our next adventure. Everything on this site was made personally, by our hands. Many of the pieces come from recycling vintage items, and finding a way to redesign them. Snippets of material we've happened upon, bottle caps we've collected, and marbles left from our childhood are all objects subject to a "makeover". |

A snail shell we found, may become a necklace pendant. A guitar pick becomes
the focal piece of a ring, or perhaps an anklet. Maybe you'll see a bangle and
dangle earrings crafted from necklace that had been our mother's. A box to
be thrown away, becomes a patchwork jewelry box. We're inspired by the
things we see, everyday.
Because of this tendancy to create out of what we have at the moment, each
piece retains a certain uniqueness. And is gone when it's gone. Even if we have the
supplies to create it again, there will inevitably be differences. That is our
promise. You will not find something here that is mass produced, in any way.
If all goes well, our next updates should be in the realm of butterfly wings
and feathers in resin, chainmaille pieces, something that both of us have wanted
to do for awhile; making all of our own findings(i.e. earring hooks, closures,
& settings for stones), and finally getting around to some windchime and
suncatcher ideas we've had lying around.
In the meantime, take a moment to look around. If you find something you
like, but would want done differently, check out our Custom Order Form,
found at the bottom of this page. If you don't find anything you fancy,
leave us some feedback(also below), and tell us why. And last but definitely not
least, if you do like what we've done, but aren't buying anything at the
moment...leave us a message, and let us know we're heading in the right direction!
